Extra T&C's for free, Test & Competition Photo Shoots

These terms and Conditions are in addition to the Main Terms and Conditions
 

In the following Terms and Conditions:
 

''Photographer'' shall mean Chris Seaman.
''Client'' shall mean the person(s)* in the images.
(*Or parent/Legal Guardian if the Subject is under the age of 18 years)

By applying for or agreeing to a Free, Test or Competition photo shoot, you also agree that the Photographer may use any of the images for whatever purpose he wishes including promotion, editing/manipulation, competition entry, portfolio use etc.
You will need to sign an agreement or modelling contract/release form supplied by the photographer.

All images remain the copyright of the Photographer.

Any images supplied to the Client by Chris Seaman in whatever media or form are Licenced only for personal use by the Client eg: social media posting, printing personal images or for portfolio use.
Images supplied are not to be used for personal profit or any financial or material gain whatsoever.

Images supplied are not to be used for any type of commercial use whatsoever.

Please contact Chris for commercial use licencing use fees.

No cash alternative will be given if prints or digital images are offered as part of any Free, Test or Competition photo shoot.

Test photo shoots are where the Photographer wants to test equipment that may not have been used for a while or a new piece of equipment.

Some Test shoots are for a different phot style or lighting set up.
There are NO guarantees that images will be supplied due to these types of photo shoot being tests, failure of equipment is a possibility.

Transport cost to the venue/location by the Client are not covered by Chris Seaman Photography.

Any Client under the age of 18 will need a Parent or Legal Guardian present at any photo shoot and they will also need to sign the agreement or model release form.

There will be NO form of compensation for any free photo shoot if images are not created, it is entirely at the Clients own risk.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY TEST/FREE PHOTO SHOOT OR ENTER ANY COMPETITION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
